Vintage Phil Strann Felt and Velvet Hat with Feathers. Green felt with brown velvet brim, feather pads, and brown veil trimmed with brown velvet. The veil has light damage in a few spots as shown in photo. There are some moth divots on the top of the hat and makeup discoloration inside on forehead headband. 52cm with elastic band to be worn as a fascinator to fit most sizes. Gorgeous hat.
