Stiff crinoline is used by designers for creating extra strong structure in fabrics. This crinoline has a much thicker strand size, and is less flexible than standard crinoline. Available in black and white, and in four different sizes. Please note, this is not the same as crinoline used in millinery, it is a supporting material for fabrics.
