• 1 oz iDye and 1 oz Activator OR 2 - .5 Oz Packages (Activator & Dye in Pouches)
• 1 Piece of Floral Wire
• 3 yards 6" Crinoline
• 1 yard 3" Crinoline
• 1 yard 16mm tubular Crinoline
