This hat is made with a flat polystraw crown and a downturned brim with a crinoline stripe. The brim measures 2" with an angled downturn, and the crown is 3 3/4" tall and overall is 11" in diameter. This hat will fit a 22" size head. The hat is lined with a matching ribbon band. This is a well constructed hat base that is cute as it is but ready for your embellishments.
